The apartment and the quiet location, (Even though there were neighbours)did it for me. The interior designing of the large apartment was very nice. It made you feel you were in a 5 star Hotel. Guidonia is a lovely peaceful town where you can enjoy the day to day locals ways of life. Lots of place to eat and easy access to buses and trains for short trips to Rome,Tivoli or Bagni di Tivoli where they have such a huge swimming pools complex.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared, even breakfast items ready for us. It was very quiet and comfortable. We arrived late, but were warmly welcomed with a bottle of excellent white wine. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts Mariano and Dora couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and decorated, a home from home and spotlessly clean. The homemade cake and pastries for breakfast were delicious and there was plentiful juice, milk and choice of teas and coffee. The owners are attentive but discreet; we felt they were there for anything we needed but we had total privacy. Other reviews mention that it’s below the owners’ villa and dark, but the windows are huge and let in a good amount of light. The photos are accurate and overall it’s a fabulous place to stay.

This was by far the best hotel experience in a very long time. My well-travelled mum said it was the best breakfast she had EVER HAD (the presentation was well above 5star). The staff were impeccable but not stiff, super friendly. The location was peaceful and the food outstanding. I bumbled along in my limited Italian but the staff switched to English immediately. The pool was divine and the location was a 5-10minute slow walk into central Tivoli and all the restaurants. The Taxis dropped us off and picked us up at the front door so entry was easy. Absolutely divine

We had an amazing stay in this apartment! The terrace is beautiful and spacious, with all the comfort needed to relax while enjoying the mountain view. Inside, everything is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent. We slept very well.
