Very well located and really convenient to enjoy Connemara. John is living next door and shared interesting information on the region. The grocery stoŕe accross the road is a plus with large opening hours. The house is really confortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

The guest wing at Kylemore House is a great little find. A quality furnished and fitted out apartment right on the lake. Plenty of kitchen equipment and modern feel to the apartment. Heating was excellent. Bathroom was very good with plenty of hot water pressure. Best of all, take some time out in the afternoon and morning to have a cuppa sitting on the lake side. Better still, take a plunge in the lake off the boat shed if you’re feeling courageous - it was little chilly!

Open spaces - in the country - tranquil The 1 bedroomed unit was quite small but the hosts upgraded us to their 2 bedroomed, very large and spacious unity upstairs. This because of a late cancellation. That was great as I needed space to work - on line dealing with clients across the world. Wi-fi was great .... as self catering unit - everything you would require were provided
