A very pleasant stay for two travelers (myself and my mom) ! Cathy was very helpful and mindful of her guests. We arrived at the location sooner than expected, and she was very accomodating and professional. She showed us around town and provided very useful information about the shops and points of interest. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. Equipements were adequate, the rooms were comfortable, and free wifi was provided. After a rather disappointing stay in Edimburgh, our stay here in Balloch really saved our hollidays ! Thanks a lot Cathy !

The apartment is beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. Can't fault the communication with Christine, the owner and access details were clear and comprehensive. The kitchen is very well equipped, taking any hassle out of preparing an evening meal. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Balloch train station, a variety of pubs / restaurants, local shops and access to local walking routes.

    Louise the host was very communicative to assist us to arrive the apartment without issue. She made excellent recommendations around the area. The apartment was located in a quiet neighbourhood with a small grocery shop at the opposite side. It is within walking distance to most of the nearby area of interests. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, free parking was easy at the street in front of the apartment.

    Really comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring Loch Lomond, super helpful tips from the owner Louise prior to arrival and we referred to them lots when there. Apartment was warm, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Nice chocolates and some provisions when we arrived. Would highly recommend.
