He helped us book the balloon tour, go to the Valley of the Kings ahead of crowds, picked us up from the train station and even arranged for a transfer to Marsa Alam. Islam and Abdullah are very helpful and welcoming. Just the next house is Nubian house with the great food and very welcoming family Very peaceful for sleeping. Not just before you arrive, but throughout the stay. I was in the flat 6 nights and got regular "everything ok?" messages - which is nice when there is obviously no reception. The apartment is very big indeed, it was very clean and well equipped. I liked having a washing machine, large clothes rack for drying clothes, iron snd cooker.
