The apartment is managed by a family. Communication was always very smooth, and they were very friendly, ready to answer any questions about the city. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, in a great location, and had a beautiful terrace view. I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very big and modern. With a really large and comfortable living room and kitchen. The rooms are almost all with balconies and views from four sides. Each room has air conditioning and they heat perfectly. The host has private underground parking in the garage, there is an elevator. The TV has Netflix, You Tube, and TV channels from around the world. There is a very large terrace with a fantastic view of Mount Tomori and the city where you can enjoy coffee from the espresso machine that the host has. The host is very helpful with anything you may need or any questions you may have. No matter how many times I return to Berat, I would definitely stay there.
