The staff were extremely helpful - they helped out with getting taxis almost immediately, fluent in English, super helpful with how easily contactable they were (whatsapp) and a joy to be around. I honestly wish I could have stayed there for much longer just for them. We had issues with ordering food to the hotel but they helped with that too. The facilities were wonderful, the whole place was so clean. The beds were soft, the rooms were big and spacious The sauna and steam room was awesome! The gym was also really well equipped

The hotel's location was ideal, quiet, with plenty of great spots next to the beach and promenade Extra touches like the spa, the ambient lighting throughout the hotel, and the thoughtful decor added to the overall charm. I truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, top-tier hotel experience!
