Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and an LCD TV. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub. Room was clean, well equiped and comfortable. We loved spending time by the large outdoor pool. Lounge chairs were always free,water was very warm and perfect for swimming. No noise could be heard from other rooms. Pool and other facilities were amazing :) Cats walking around outdoor pool were charming and sweet.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Excellent hospitality! The room is very clean and has all you need for a couple of days. The owner is very helpful and nice! The location is a hot spot, close to central bus station, Kings Avenue Mall, and 5 minutes from the Harbor. Highly Recommended!

The Best Place in Paphos! I have been visiting this area for many years, but I only discovered this hotel this year. From now on, I will stay only here. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and everything is brand new, designed with attention to the smallest details. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating: they allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard time and even offered a late checkout, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect — the sea, great restaurants, and a small shop are all just a short walk away. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Paphos!

Waterside Sea View Apartments provides accommodation within 700 metres of the centre of Paphos City, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge. Absolutely perfect stay, the apartment has a great location almost directly at the harbour! The staff was extremely friendly and always available over Whatsapp. There was even complimentary coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks at the apartment. And last but not least the breathtaking view from the terrace - a dream! We would come again for sure

Very welcoming, kind and supportive staff, pristine clean facilities and rooms, top location near the beach and amazing view from the window. We had our own parking spot, large patio and everything one would ever need on holidays, from the coffee machine to cooking utilities. The hotel communicates via WhatsApp: I was a bit cautious in the beginning about it, but it always was very professional (they have sent us times when the cleaning person would come and some updates about the maintenance). I highly recommend staying here
