Best hotel EVER! We went for the Eras tour and the amount of care and attention they paid to us was unbelievable- complimentary friendship bracelets in the rooms, complimentary Taylor Swift drink, an eras tour podium for pictures, in the hotel only Taylor Swift music. It was unbelievable. The staff were so friendly and caring that it warmed my heart. Made everything so much more special! We will absolutely be coming back!

The location is great. There are a lot of attractions nearby nearby. The restaurant is so beautiful. The equipment is available. We live happily and take a lot of photos.

Literally everything. The communication was great, everything throughout the process was clear and at the right time. Miguel and the rest of the team were more than friendly and helpful.
