Best hotel EVER! We went for the Eras tour and the amount of care and attention they paid to us was unbelievable- complimentary friendship bracelets in the rooms, complimentary Taylor Swift drink, an eras tour podium for pictures, in the hotel only Taylor Swift music. It was unbelievable. The staff were so friendly and caring that it warmed my heart. Made everything so much more special! We will absolutely be coming back!

Everything was perfect. The room was spaceous and very clean. We were welcomed with a glass of wine and we directly got all the tips for our stay in Lisbon. Every morning a breakfast was delivered to our door and our room was cleaned every day. Downstairs there is a restaurant that belongs to the hotel with the best portugese food and very friendly staff. Almost eveything to visit in Lisbon is in the walking distance from the hotel. This is the best place to relax. It was definately beyond our expextations and I would definately recomend it.

Everything was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to this establishment. The apartment is very spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The table was set for breakfast the next morning. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. I thank them for making my stay so wonderful.
