This hotel is very nice and clean, great decoration with vintage and Japanese style, room size is big. And the receptionist Taiyo is polite and energetic, he provides good service. Free shuttle bus and bike. I will definitely book again if I travel to Hakuba next time. It is also near to Happo Teminal Bus Stop, several miniutes' walk to Lawson and food street.

Fantastic apartment. Fully equipped, modern, clean, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!
