The room, amenities, location were all perfect. We did not see any staff during our stay, yet all our needs were met and exceeded, the entire place was always clean even though guests were walking in with wet garments continuously, our room was always fully stocked with more than we needed. Absolute value for money. Would definitely recommend to others.

The villa is located right in Santa Claus Village. Just like the pictures. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful very clean villa. We stayed in the first floor. You have to cook breakfast yourself but I didn't mind they provide you with lots of goods for breakfast and even snacks too. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom daily. The host was very sweet and pleasant. She even let me hire her babysitter for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

Very nice ambient, chalets are even more beautiful in real life than in pictures. Staff was amazing and gave us all information we asked for and even gave us advice where to go that isn’t know as much for tourist but is to local people. Breakfast was very nice, with a lot to choose from (even local food like reindeer pate and reindeer sausage). Outside, in between the residential area, there is a free to use open fire place that is stocked with wood.

These apartments are peacefully located in Rovaniemi, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Ounasvaara Ski Centre and 1.5 km from Rovaniemi Train Station.

The hotel is located about 15 km away from the city center, but we can say it is like a fairy tale. There is a parking area for the car. The check-in experience was very good, we had the chance to learn everything in detail. The hotel is built on its own land and has a very large area, there are rabbits and squirrels in the area and it feels great to wake up to this view every morning. Breakfast was ready in our room, all the ingredients such as cheese varieties, ham, eggs, waffles, meatballs, greens and tomatoes and cucumbers were in the cupboard. We were very pleased for 2 people for whom breakfast is important. There are all the necessary equipment such as pans, pots and glasses in the kitchen. There is a frozen lake very close to the hotel and we had the chance to experience the northern lights from here, although we are a little hesitant because the area is a little deserted, we can say that there is no dangerous animal in the land.

The host was so informative and provided all the necessary information clearly. The location of the suite is really close to the centre. Comfortable and clean room with usability of the facilities. Great value for money for this season of the year. I will definitely stay in Crystal Suites again when I visit Rovaniemi again. I highly recommend it to everyone!
