So, I was on my way to the UK from BG with my wife and pets (1 dog and 3 cats) and since we were driving a lot we were pleased to see the late check-in option. Also, it was really easy to self-check in as the whole process was done digitally which reminds me to say that this is quite the smart hotel with everything being digitally controlled via your phone. The location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless. Oh yes and the staff was exceptionally knowledgable and friendly!

The apartment was considerable amount bigger than the pictures. Washing machine, all kitchen appliances, living room, and comfortable bed. It was like a home from home. Very much recommend it. There's a bar/Restaurant downstairs with good food and many local shops nearby. The bonus also is a large shopping Mall a five-minute walk away.

Location, accessibility, cleanness of areas and rooms, staff and breakfast all met my expectations. It even has a Bus stop in walking distance thats connects to trains system. Burger joint right in front of it and a gas station market with locals food and beers about 10 min walking. All in all very good.

Excellent place. V close to the airport. The cost of parking is 24 euros for 24 hrs. The cost of the shuttle is 6 euros pp to go to the airport. Staff and the hotel is very up to date and excellent

As soon as we arrived the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, we knew we were going to have a great stay - and we did. Every single staff member was amazing. Also the breakfast buffet was great and such a good price 👌🏻

Very lovely staff, before and during the stay. I emailed them ahead of time, and the communication was perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in perfect spot if you need to go to an event in the deutsche bank park. Only about 20 minute walk away. The room had ac, but I didn’t even need to use it. The room did not heat up even if the weather was 20+ degrees for my stay. The keybox system is very handy!
