Very clean and staff is very helpful. Every day the room and the facilities are cleaned. You can wash your clothes or store food in the fridge. There is also a kitchen, however we didn't make use of it. Outside the building there is a metrostation within 10 meters of the front door, which will take you everywhere within the city in no time. Also at each entrance the is a security officer. It feels like coming to a home every night. We definitely will take this place to stay in mind the next time we will com to Shenzhen.

Awesome stay. Even though I cannot speak Mandarin, the staff were excellent, supportive and used a translator for language. Location to restaurants, bars, supermarket and stores etc is excellent. Room is quiet, spacious, has all I needed in good condition and clean. The only challenge is finding the place, although the taxi driver was right outside the entrance, but did not know he was there until speaking with the staff. Everything is walkable including access to the large electronic malls.
