城崎温泉 旅館 つばき乃 - Kinosaki Onsen Ryokan Tsubakino in Toyooka features 3-star accommodation with an open-air bath and a garden. I loved everything! Check in was a breeze, they made sure to show us where everything is and also offered to make hot tea during checking. The facilities was perfect, it was very traditional and they did everything proper. The room was great, it was HUGE and had everything you could need. It was raining and they gave us umbrellas, they also gave us yukata's and slippers (you can choose what type) to walk around the town to go to the Onsens. The food for dinner and breakfast was chefs kiss!

Just a 3-minute walk from Seishin-chuo Station, Kobe Seishin Oriental Hotel offers accommodation in Kobe. There is free WiFi in all rooms and the hotel houses an on-site fitness club. Definitely a highlight of my trip

Hotel Okura Kobe is located on the waterfront, 500 metres from the Motomachi shopping area. Featuring Western-style rooms with free WiFi access, the hotel offers 6 dining options. All stuff was really, truly and always very kind. The hotel was very clean and beautiful and for smokers the fact that it has smoking areas it is really important. Breakfast had a lot of options and everything was delicious.

GRAND NIKKO AWAJI is located across Akashi Strait Bridge, a 20-minute drive from JR Maiko Station. Children are very happy with the pool and botanical garden. Quite convenient place as public bus station is right in front of the hotel.

Located 150 metres from JR Sannomiya Train Station, Kobe Tokyu REI Hotel has simple air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV, a private bathroom and Free WiFi. It was a surprise to discover that a quite expensive hotel has such a poor wifi connection. The connection was lost on several occasions and the bit rate was so low that is was vertically impossible to make new reservations on Booking.com or do simple bank transactions.
