From the staff, the location, the hotel itself and the cleanliness. The staff are top notch professionals. Very helpful in any way and friendly. They went above and beyond. The hotel room is lovely as well and was getting cleaned everyday. Location is perfect too. Walking distance to tourists spots and shops. Of all the hotels I’ve been to when travelling, Escape Luxury top them all! I’d happily stay here again when I get a chance to go back in Rome. Exceptional hotel and staff.

L'Elenoire Rooms & Suite bénéficie d'un emplacement central à Rome, à seulement 10 minutes à pied des musées du Vatican. It is a perfect place, cristal clean, close to Vatican city with lots of facilities inside and around. You really like to come back "home" after a day of visiting. Mario is very helpful and nice. Very clean and comfortable room and great terrace and restaurant. The staff were also very friendly, we got great recommendations for sightseeing and a restaurant.

The owner, Romulo, met us early and allowed us to stash our luggage while the room was being cleaned. The price was exceptional and we will certainly stay again next time we travel to Rome. The room itself was big and the bed was comfortable.
