A delightful addition was the in-room coffee machine, which added a touch of convenience. The hotel boasts two heated pools—one indoor and one outdoor—providing a relaxing experience regardless of the weather. The spa, included in the price, is on the smaller side, but we had no issues using it during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of tasty options available. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

Grand Hotel Bansko is a 4-star hotel complex in Bansko, located at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountains and a 5-minute drive away from the ski lift. We loved everything! There has been food everywhere, we had access to spa, indoor and outdoor pools, not only in our hotel, but in a different one as well! Everything was even better than expected, thank you!

Very comfortable rooms, great location, park opposite. Parking on the street but guarded by cameras. We booked a sports massage and it was just perfect. The place is 5 minutes from all amenities, right next to the old village center. The staff is extremely helpful.

Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Lovely and warm, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Extensive wine collection and wine cellar and the food in the restaurant was first class, every time. An absolute pleasure to stay here.
