New ZealandAll staff were very friendly and extremely supportive. I checked in at midnight and was warmly welcomed. After I noted about the air conditioner was a little noisy at night, the hotel immediately offered a better room. Both rooms were clean and full of items needed for guests' staying. Location is great with restaurants around. Buses is also available to get in to the city center. The hotel aslo takes care of customers by providing earbuds due to noise maybe causing by a construction site nearby. However there was no noise at the time I stayed.
