It was an amazing experience! An island surrounded by greenery with white sand, clear ocean water, and the best accommodations. We stayed in the beach villa and the water villa. Living in both was the best experience. With the best service, fantastic food. Very friendly service staff. We had a wedding anniversary and the staff did everything to make the day beautiful: bed decoration, champagne, fruit. Thank you very much for planning the romantic candle dinner in the best way, for the super service and delicious meals. Special thanks to our waiter from Hot rock restaurant (unfortunately I forgot his name). Also a big thank you to Sobry, from the restaurant where we ate everyday. Also a warm greeting to your good colleague Mushtar. Many thanks to the entire team of the hotel for taking such care of the guests. We loved everything! We booked early in advance for our 1st time ever visit to Maldives, I joined Facebook group dedicated to Cinnamon dhonveli and was following all posts from guests and still this place exceeded all our expectations. We stayed in Superior room and it was huge! The best quality mattrace on the bed, really comfortable, very spacious bathroom and plenty of storage room in the wardrobe. The food was delicious every day, something for every taste and lots of choices. The beach and swimming pool were great too, always enough sun beds and fresh towels. The island is perfect size, walkable, even our 3 year old did not complain. There kids playground was great and well maintained, kids swimming pool too! What really amazed us is how well the island is being taken care of - every day women come and rake the entire island, even the beach any fallen leaves, it's increadibly clean! Everyone is working hard to keep this island and resort perfect. Everyone working here are so dedicated and always willing to go extra mile for any request. This is absolutely top level hospitality! For example I was a bit worried that we'll get our room on the upper floor and it will be difficult for our toddler, but they booked us into a ground floor room and I didn't even have to ask. We highly appreciate how thoughtful everyone is. It's hands down one of our best vacation experiences ever.

Our stay was for 4 nights and we experienced that the staff was very caring and professional. They ensured to offer the best service which made our stay super comfortable. A big shout-out to Thushara (our butler), Hassaan (room service) and Maisan (Banyan Restaurant) for his superb customer service and the special tea he made for us. I would specially thank Hameed at the Diving Centre, who helped us in having our scuba diving a memorable one. We had a great customer service experience at the Diving Centre as their staff was quite engaging and professional.

Our host Jihaad was great! He helped us from the very beginning. We felt very cared for. He helped us with booking trips, dinner and villas. Thank you Jihaad - Pablo & Diana !
