NetherlandsStaff is very friendly, great coffee and good food, and small lobby shop. Rooms are not so big but the height above the bed made it feel more spacious. Rooftop terrace with a great view, especially at night. Quiet area but very close to Senso-Ji Temple, Ueno Park and train station.
