We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was amazing. We had a big balcony with sea view and it was so so nice. Pools were good nice temperature. Staff were very nice and food was too.

The location of Asterion Suites & Spa is very special and really a small paradise in Crete. The personell is super friendly and absolutely professional. The manager George is a very special character that made the stay a real perfection. We had a suite with a private pool and everything there was first class, super clean, excellently equipped and stood out all expectations. The cuisine is first class too. And finally every staff member was super friendly, the pool bar is superior and the personell there is extra ordinary and the close distance to the sea is just all in all a fantastic place and we will certainly come back.

We had a lovely 1week AI stay there. The view from balcony was stunning, Room spacious enough for 2+2. Matresses on kingsize bed super comfortable. Staff from cleaning ladies to receptionist simply great. Food - always something to choose from, no problem to gain +2 kilos/week.

From the moment we opened the door to our suite at Galini Palace, we knew we had found a special place. The view from our balcony was unbelievable — deep blue sea stretching out forever, with the mountains in the background. The bed was extra comfortable, and the room had every modern amenity we could want. We especially appreciated the black-out curtains and soundproofing — we slept like babies. The pool area was elegant and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and poolside service. We also tried the breakfast and dinner buffets, and both were amazing — fresh ingredients and lots of variety. This is the kind of place where you truly recharge. Worth every euro.

First of all, the service, the smile and feeling of care from the staff at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is designed for families and children, there is enough food and facilities in the hotelIn addition, they are compatible with allergies. My daughter is celiac and they prepared special food for her there! There is a lovely entertainment team that dances during the day and does a children's show every evening. There is also a circus show once a week that the children really enjoyedI would definitely recommend the hotel
