All-Inclusive Stays in Elounda

Our stay was amazing, we stayed in beautiful villa, witch was more than we expected. Everything is clean and well maintained, a lot of entertainment options. Staff is very friendly and kind. Food very delicious with great variety, highly recommend.

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. We liked everything about Domes Aulus Elounda. Our room was spacious and modern, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the a-c was unobtrusive and the view was incredible. The all-inclusive elements are managed with care and we particularly enjoyed the Cretan specialties that were always part of the buffet. We also ate in the grill restaurant and the sushi restaurant so there are multiple options for dinner, which we really enjoyed. We went to the beach every day and loved the beach bar with really tasty sandwiches and salads that you can just help yourself too. Beyond the practical, what we really appreciated was the atmosphere of genuine care the hotel staff worked really hard to create. Their hospitality was really outstanding. No request was too much trouble and we felt really looked after. Examples include Nikos at the beach bar who works really hard to create interesting Greek cocktails for the guests and who chats with genuine interest to the guests and Zoe in reception who always responded incredibly cheerfully to our questions and organized a late check out for us with no fuss at all. We are already planning a return trip! It was exceptional.

Everything = hotel location, hotel beech, comfortable rooms including excellent beds and pillows, fantastic food choice offered for breakfast and most of all, highly friendly and admirable hotel staff.

Friendly staff, family oriented hotel. Perfect and very modern family getaway

The view from our room was amazing! The terrace was spacious and with a place to enjoy the sunsets. Hotel room was really big and had everything you might need. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and each evening different, including beautiful local dishes and seafood. Our host Sophia made us feel like home from the first evening, exceptional service ! Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit again Agios Nikolaos.

We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius). They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.

Everything was amazing; the hotel, the view, the food, the amazing and helpful staff. Definitely was a 5 star experience. The hotel is also very beautiful and very peaceful and quiet.
