The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

We vacationed in June with our family and our 6-year-old child. We loved absolutely everything. Yes, there were a lot of steps, but it wasn't a problem. We managed to stay in both parts of the hotel, both in Sofia and the Village. We specifically went for the beach, and the water in the bay was always warm with no waves. The entrance to the sea was sandy and gradual, which is perfect for kids. The food was good—there was always meat, fish, plenty of side dishes, and salads. However, we felt there could have been more dessert options at dinner. On the bright side, we didn't gain any extra pounds! :) The town is nice, with plenty of places to stroll, enjoy views of the mountains, and pet the cats. Evening entertainment was available three times a week, so we never got bored. We sent the grandparents there and plan to return next year!

We took the family room. It was clean and very spacious. Large variety of food. There were several pools and the sea was quite calm. We had nice yoga and pilates session in the morning. People very friendly. Perfect hotel for family with kids.

The resort deserves 5 stars! Huge beautiful territory, very clean and well maintained. Well organized facilities! Lagoons are not naturally made, but very well designed and make their job. No waves at any sea state and the water is crystal clean at all the times. The food is at the good level! Always fresh and tasty with lots of varieties… Maine restaurant offers different international cuisine for the dinner. Good alcoholic drinks for all inclusive, with the known brands and proper amount of alcohol! The staff is fabulous! Always smiling, always friendly and makes the guest feel special. Ready to help with any descent or the smallest issue. Animation is at the high level! Fluent at many languages and every evening you could expect to be entertained by comic show, concert, dance show or a fire show… Safe and free of charge private parking. The family room was bigger than we expected, with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The balcony had a wonderful sea breeze, and housekeeping did a great job daily.
