The staff are very friendly and helpful, my room was ready when I arrived at 12.45, they emailed to ask my arrival time. The price was a good price and the room was great value for money, nice and clean and nice and warm with clean bed. Great value for money.

I had room 817, the view over the Black Sea was awesome, the room was cleaned every day, the food was a lot and diverse, the people in the restaurant very friendly and quick with their service! The Lady from the reception was very kind, she speaks English very well and ready to answear my questions! I didnt see her name but she is tall with long hair, thank you for your support!

We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again.
