Everything: Let's start with the staff. ALL THE PEOPLE at the W Dubai Mina Seyahi are amazing. AMAZING. From the guys at the front door, the persons at reception, all the staff at the breakfast area and the pool bar. People like Abril, Camila, and many other guys which I don't remember their names. Daniel, the concierge, too!! The kindness of all the people at the pool bar. I'm a person who travels a lot in the year because of my business and I stay in very nice hotels. I can say, without hesitation that this one was the best one I have ever been. I didn't mention the breakfast and the room. Let's say everything at this hotel exceeded by far our expectations.

My experience at this hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. All amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel were available. Gym, pool, room service… The breakfast and dinner were beyond bountiful and i couldn’t decide what to pick. The staff were welcoming and well behaved. Qumar who is is a housekeeping supervisor was very professional and I won’t forget his quality of service.

This is an exceptional place to stay with kids. The many pools, snack bars, kids club and water park make it a sort of wonderland for young couples with kids. Our boys didn't want to leave! The staff is super friendly and everything from the check in to the waiting staff to the concierge was handled flawlessly. I've stayed at many other places in Dubai but none have come close in terms of sheer hospitality. The breakfast was super and the room had a balcony with a great view of the pool and beach area. We will certainly be back as soon as possible.
