There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Location was close to NYC but the neighborhood is not somewhere I would stay again. The street was narrow and people were quadruple parked -single file at the side of the house that other tenants had to knock on our door, move our car so that they can leave. Thankfully, it was just an overnight stay for us as we could not wait to to leave the property the next day. Property was also at the basement that was not mentioned at the booking. Apparently the problems on 4 September were building up throughout the day. Went for a quick trip to newark for a concert, first time there. Really appreciated the service from staff. The hotel was not too big not too small. Loved the free wifi and the free breakfast. Did not get to use any other amenities really. Vending machines were nice and there was a microwave in my room.
