Staff were friendly and helpful, overall no problems at all and can highly recommend.

Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy was amazing , very traditional and authentic touch. Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly. The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene. Security staff very welcoming and professional. Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .

You have to say No! Everyone wants you to buy from them but they are used to being rejected. There are some people wanting to talk to you, often wanting to show you their workplaces etc so they can lure you in to buy their wares. Conversations always start with Hello sir/madam. Which country are you from? However, lovely people and a lo ely place, full of history and religious beliefs.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 1 BHK Premium Apartment! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sleek, modern design and immaculate cleanliness of the space. The apartment was not only stylish but also incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.What really stood out was the attention to detail. High-quality furniture, smart home features, and the little touches like fresh linens and premium toiletries made my stay feel like a true getaway. The apartment was also equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected if needed. On the first day of Kathmandu in the city bus I was stolen money from my poshest. Until that time I had thought that Nepali were honest and diligent. So that I didn’t pay attention to things like having my money stolen on the bus. On the last day the airport was closed because of the strike, so I had to reschedule my ticket and stay in hotel one night more The city is so dusty and lots of rubbish. However, I like the old cultural constructions and festivals.

From the room to the dining room ( breakfast) everything was exceptional. The pool, Zinq bar, IRD paneer tikka was phenomenal and the breakfast spread was cherry on the cake with lots of choices which makes everyone happy. Thanks to Chef Bhol, Namita, Muskan, PM Shift Security personnel in entrance of hotel and the entire hotel staff. My school Friends and I enjoyed the stay to the Fullest. I will definitely book again for my next visit. Thank you Hyatt KTM.

Amazing and clean hostsl in Kathmandu. You don't regret staying here. The beds are amazingly comfortable. A huge safe storage under your bed to keep your stuff while roaming around the city. The staff are amazing, nice and very helpful. Food in the two resturants of the hostel is great and you experience the best view ever on the rooftop. I am so happy with my choice and I will always go back to Flock if I get back to KTM.

The owner is on top of everything and available to help with anything. An incredibly warm host, that has made all efforts to tastefully design his hotel in the heart of KTM. Staff were great. Would highly recommend a nice balcony room.
