If you're flying into or from Pescara and need a place to stay - look no further. This is the place you are looking for. Everything we needed or expected was there. It was a luxury to be able to drop off our bags at the airport and then return to have breakfast. There are a few restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. The public bus to and from the train station makes things very easy. That being said, I don't see a reason to stay he for multiple nights - the area around it doesn't really justify that. It's an airport hotel and it does that very very well.

Casa Spina is located in San Giovanni Teatino, just 2.9 miles from Gabriele D'Annunzio House and 3.9 miles from Pescara Train Station. I stayed one night. The apartment was spacious, and clean, with basic food/drink items and toiletries. The kitchen would be usable as is for cooking during a longer stay. It was a 5-minute walk across the street from the airport, i.e., perfect for taking an early flight as in my case. There is a cheap shuttle from Pescara Centrale train station to the Airport (via Trenitalia) that gets you there from the city centre. Communication with the host was very easy. Grazie!

Nearby there is a large shopping center and a bus stop. Convenient self-check-in. Spacious clean room with everything you need. Availability of a mini-fridge and tea set in the room.

Great Host.Great Service No problem in communication though we do not speak Italian and the Host for not speak English. I even learnt some Italia. Grazie!!!!!!

30 miles from San Giovanni in Venere Abbey in Pescara, B&B SMARTFIT HOUSE - Room & Relax in Pescara features accommodations with access to a fitness room and solarium. Everything was clean and neat, with comfy rooms and very easy check in. There is a big, beautiful terrace where the breakfast is served. The owner is really nice and helpful :) The location is very convenient; only a 15 minute walk from the airport.
