It was very easy to find the location, which is very convenient for airport passengers. The room was nice and clean. There was 24-hour dine-in and room service food, which was very good. A simple breakfast started at 4 a.m., which helped me as I had to leave early. 24-hour spa massage service - better to prebook. Note - One must have an arrival/departure from the airport to validate the stay.

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

The hotel is very easily accessible from the main terminal in BOM. Rooms don't have windows, but they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get a good few hour's sleep. There were 2 large bottles of drinking water in the room for guests.Nice bathroom, which could have had more amenities. The shower was OK, pressure was a bit low, and it could have been quite a bit hotter for me.
