As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... Très bon service et très bien organisé. Nous avons voyagé en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Tout le personnel était au petit soins. Je tiens à remercier Mr. Binh ( agence Vega Travel ) pour l’organisation et surtout pour sa bonne humeur/gentillesse et explications.

The cruise was really great and we had a fun time. Coutious and polite staff, especially Luna who took care of us during the staf and our visit to the village. The stay was fantastic, and us - especially our child loved it at the cruise. Very clean rooms as well.

I only paid for a double room but I was given a room very large family room. It was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Specially Trang (Jennie) who helped me when I needed laundry and a taxi. She was very friendly and helped me a lot over my stay. Thank you !
