Staffs were really friendly and willing to help you get a wonderful experience during the stay. I was able to join Mekong tour and Cu Chi tunnel tour, by paying at the property. Location was good, convenient for accessing major spots in Saigon. Lovely breakfast was served for free. Nice common rooms, private curtains, and beautiful interior, I loved them all. You can go up to rooftop if it doesn't rain.

You can customize it. And we got an upgrade to the suit on our last night, the room was beautiful. The check-in process felt personal and welcoming. Definitely better than your standard hotel check ins.

Incredibly pleasant and helpful staffs The room is above my expectations, the bathroom is lovely and the bed is soft. Free laundry every day (you just fill up a basket with clothing, they don't keep track of how much you put on ) and a fantastic free foot treatment before the day you check out. I booked 3 rooms for my family and my parents have totally enjoyed their stay here. I will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and comeback here if I have any chances to visit HCMC again.

All kept very clean daily, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous breakfast (homemade kombucha), superb massage. It was so good we plan on returning next year. We do travel a lot (for work mainly) so it’s always great to find something special.
