The family room we had was truly beautiful with great view and attentions to lots of details (the tea set !). All the staff was very friendly and attentive and help us a lot. Excellent hosts with attention to every detail to ensure comfort of the guests. We arrived late (after dinner) and it was dark and raining heavily. Hosts came out to greet us with umbrellas and took our luggage to the rooms. Breakfast next morning was excellent and we could not finish. Host packed the balance with extra homemade bread for us to eat during our journey. House and rooms are amazing, comfortable and luxurious. Room rate is steep, but highly recommend stay for special occasion(s).

The property is non-smoking and is located 33 km from Alishan Forest Railway. Very helpful owners who arranged a lift for us to get back as there is no bus nearby. Dinner and breakfast can be ordered which had lots of dishes and was delicious! Quiet area and beautiful -i had an upstairs room which had a beautiful view.

A great place to stay, if you want to do some hiking around shizhao. There are even some restaurants within a 20 minutes walking distance. And a bus stop only 3 minutes away.

The hotel is a 2.5-hour drive from Chiayi Railway Station. Room and location weere nice and staff were all nice, we could put our luggauge first in the lobby before the check-in time.

天隆民宿Tian Long Tea Farm HomeStay is situated in Le-yeh, 27 km from Alishan Forest Railway, 29 km from Wufeng Park, and 32 km from Jiao Lung Waterfall. This homestay features free private parking, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The homestay has family rooms. The vancinity around Shizhao has become my favorite part of Taiwan. Strategically its a great pivot points between Alishan and Fengqihu (separate day trips), and personally, Shizhao has became the better experience within its own right. Our host Mr. Xue drove us to see fireflies nearby at night. He also drove us to nearby attractions to make the most of our day. He was also so kind to explain tea harvesting and brewing process while we enjoyed the tea he brewed. Our room was huge, equipped with its own tea set. Waking up and starting each day amongst a tea field is a real treat and the aroma of tea permeates though the town. There are great looped trails nearby transecting through multiple tea farms and bamboo forests, look for the Shizhao trail systems, some of my favorite includes the mist, cloud, and sunset trail.

The property is situated 34 km from Chiayi Park, 36 km from Jiao Lung Waterfall and 38 km from Alishan Forest Railway. Meishan Taiping Old Street is 48 km from the homestay. Hotel room was clean, there was hot water, drinking water and toiletries provided. The host was warm and welcoming.
