It's not because of the facilities but mostly because of the people that greet you and make you feel you're very welcome. We had great meals in the Tagbalayon restaurants. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The service we got was super efficient. We rented a motorbike, snorkel and pick-up services directly with the hotel and everything worked like a charm. Fair prices and excellent service.

The room was super spacious, super clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful always. The location of the hotel is also very near many restaurants and bars.

At the accommodation, rooms include a seating area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and newly built accommodation with a charming room and a very nice outdoor bathroom. It was very clean and 100% comfortable with everything you need. It was also possible to have breakfast in the accommodation which was very tasty. What truly made it stand out were the incredibly kind staff and owners, as well as the stunning grounds and the outdoor communal spaces that were perfect for relaxing. They even went the extra mile for my birthday, arranging flowers and a garland, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Good location near San Juan easy access along the perimeter road just hail down a trike taxi. I hired a scooter for a couple of days from the owners which was hassle free. Would definitely stay again.

They are so warm, attentive and a lot of laughs! I would come back just to experience that again as they made my stay really special 😉. The pool and mountain views are wonderful. Also a big positive is the food. Italian menu, freshly made authentic pasta was incredible. The location is also really ideal, just a short 5 minute ride to the busy part of San Juan. It's very peaceful and away from the busy tourist area. You will need to either hire a scooter or tricycle but if you like walking it's also possible, but up hill.
