The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.

The room was bright and clean, so was the bathroom and the breakfast was really tasty and offered different options. Mostly, I’d like to spend a few words about the staff at the reception. Мехруза was so helpful and kind; plus, she speaks English really well. When I checked out she also helped me call a taxi. I would definitely come back here next time

The bathroom and toilet too is very clean and has all facilities. Every hotel soul is it’s staff, the house keeping staff is very good at their job, the staff in the kitchen at the breakfast are very cooperative and do their job with passion. The staff at the reception are very polite and helping. Aidar at the reception and as a hotel administrator was incredible. He is very enthusiastic and makes sure that you are taken care of and all your problems are solved. We requested for a early check in before we arrived as we were travelling all night and Aidar was at the hotel to welcome us and immediately and politely checked us in a bit early. Aidar thank you for your very good customer service . His English speaking skills are very good as compared to other staff. Also, we were shown the swimming pool and Gym and even the massage facilities ( Gulnar the massage therapist is a very good professional she’d taking massage from her is a must ) The reception helped us book a nice upgraded SUV taxi to go to the Uzebekistan border at reasonable prices. I totally recommend this hotel. Provided they keep the prices stable.
