Even with our poor Italian communication it was possible to explain the place easily. He was expecting us and I am very grateful for such a warm welcome. The place is so calm and charming. The breakfast is a must, gorgeous, with very healthy and nice options. The drinks are really nice also. The parking is not so far. In fact it is located near a little charming church. We loved every detail.

There was also a personal greeting for us in the apartment. The apartment was spacious with all amenities. The bed, pillow and towels were all of excellent quality. The location was close to several restaurants that could be walked to. On our three trip through Italy this was the best place we have stayed! If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would.

The place is a dream. Beautiful with wonderful hosts. I only wish we could stay longer.

Not far from Orta san giulio, it is an old fashion villa with lake view,pool,garden and a most enjoyable host. Apartment was perfect, bed was comfortable, we cooked small dinner with pasta and wine from nearby grocery store. A perfect place, sorry we were only one night.
