Vera and the other staff members are very kind and go all the way in order to get you the best experience possible, they organized a Komodo day trip on a very short notice and all kinds of transport (taxi / motorbike rental at their place) for us. Super spacious room, bed and bathroom, all with amazing views.

We learned so many fascinating things, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation is simple – it’s not a luxury hotel – but it allows you to enjoy the authentic life in a local village. There’s even a small shop where you can buy some essentials. We recommend staying two to three nights to fully soak in the atmosphere. Thank you for the amazing experience – it’s something we will remember for a long time. The host (jhuna) was incredibly welcoming, very kind and always available to every request or question we had. The place was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. In the booking food is included which was always delicious. Jhuna was also an incredible guide, always making sure that we had the best time and could enjoy every experience to the fullest.

Komodo Resort is located on Sebayur Island bordering Komodo National Park, an hour’s boat ride from the Komodo Dragon Tour on Rinca Island. Surrounded by the sea, the resort boasts a private beach area and on-site diving and snorkelling opportunities. Everything! The staff in all areas were excellent, the food and drinks were great for a remote island & the bungalow was clean & really comfortable. The diving was great even though it wasn't the best time of year for weather. The dive team are fantastic, boats are good & everything was well organised & safe. We'll be back for sure.

We loved the loft, spacious and comfortable space. The pool is so relaxing. We liked that it was away feom the busy noisy center and easy access with our scooter. The food was lovely. Towels and bed linen are featured in the homestay. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The family who hosted us was very kind and helped arrange a local boat to take us to different beaches and snorkeling spots that were absolutely gorgeous (like manta point and pink beach). The host is a ranger at Komodo National Park and gave us a wonderful tour. It was very special to stay in the Muslim village on the sea and have a glimpse of life there. Everyone was very friendly and warm.

Host was terrific at assisting in arranging transport, recommending restaurants, and things to do. Property was lovely and quiet, in residential area. Really having own transport would be handy but taxis were reliable and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend for family or couples travelling together. Had 2 double bedrooms with ensuites, large kitchen and living area, and the pool was beautiful.

At the homestay, each unit includes a desk. At the homestay, each unit has bed linen and towels. Georgio was great at communication all the way through our stay. He acted as our guide to see Komodo Dragons and the surrounding Islands, which was an amazing experience. Georgio was very knowledgeable on the Dragons and his family was very hospitable. If you want an authentic experience then this is for you.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Komodo, near Pink Beach, Dua Putri Komodo Homestay features free WiFi, a terrace and a shared lounge. The accommodation offers luggage storage space and private check-in and check-out for guests. Friendly host, amazing location, once in a lifetime trip. You will get places in the national park all to yourself before and after the boat tours leave. We saw so many dragons, sea turtles, manta rays, and other wildlife. The home was very comfortable and food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the national park in a unique way- so much better than the boat tours. Note: bring 1-2 quick dry towels with you for the beach and shower. It’s also worth mentioning it’s a shared bathroom if there are other guests in the homestay. It wasn’t an issue, but I didn’t know before booking.
