I had an amazing stay at Le Pirate Island and everything went beyond my expectations. I really loved my beachfront glamping tent where I could sleep with the ocean’s sound in the background. I also did the PADI open water certification with the diving office based on the island and it was the best decision ever. Thanks to Alex, the other staff members and the Seacreatures crew for their kindness during these 5 days :-)

The hotel is located only a 15-minute drive from Komodo Airport and Pelni Harbour. From Pelni Harbour, Bidadari Island and beach is only a 25-minute boat ride away. Guests can also take a boat ride to visit the Komodo Rinca Island or Komodo Island from Pelni Harbour. The hotel is amazing, the staff, the food , the private beach access. The atmosphere is great. I would stay here again. The food is affordable at the hotel.

Everything was excellent – from the comfortable accommodation to the beautiful surroundings. The staff are very accomodative, toilet and rooms are spacious, clean! Breakfast is included. Iron and laundry service is upon requested. As for the transportation, it can be arranged with the house owner. Above all, it was a pleasant stay! Recommended.

At the resort, each room is fitted with a wardrobe and a balcony with a sea view. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, rooms at Menjaga Bay also offer free WiFi, while selected rooms are equipped with pool view. Guest rooms at the accommodation include air conditioning and a desk. The concept of the resort if nice, you arrive by walking alongside the water villas then the restaurant and main pool, and then nested in the hills, the other villas. The resort is very secluded and feels exclusive away from the masses. We were actually very glad to have taken the mountain pool villa: 1) you have a pool to swim in at night 2) the views were equally amazing if not slightly better with the colorful gardens below overlooking the bay. No shade to the overwater villas, but the crystal blue waters are very dependent on sunshine and the tides, and I would have felt very uneasy jumping off into the water when I can't see what's down below ha-ha. Definitely geared towards a romantic/relaxing setting with a lot of attention to detail (for example the jellyfish lights, villa rooftops, the way rice is served in a tower with food). Transfer from the airports by van and their boat to the resort was very well organized and stress free. The staff were always ready to help and friendly and checking in frequently on how to enhance your stay.

This guest house is allergy-free and non-smoking. This was one the cleanest place I stayed in flores. The bathroom was very new and the place was very well taken care of. It was so nice to stay there after being in various other accommodations. The view is beautiful.
