Breakfast was incredible... lots of delicious home made stuff (breads, waffles, jams, yoghurts, etc). The photos don't do this place justice!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. I can’t rave enough about our experience at this property. Dawn and Chris’s attention to detail was incredible - from the thoughtful and thorough check in to the beautiful breakfast basket delivered to our room. The room itself was very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The yard and grounds really made this stay above and beyond - the alpacas are so cute and there’s plenty of lovely places to walk. Highly recommend as a stop after a long drive, or even as a destination in and of itself!

The property has pool and garden views, and is 14 km from Puy du Fou Theme Park. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Au bon endroit was a little slice of paradise. The owners were delightful, making us all feel very welcome in their beautiful home. The bedrooms were perfect and the surroundings absolutely stunning. We went for the park Puy du Fou but will definitely be going back to visit more of that lovely area. Thank you so much !!

Opposite to a network hotels, but with clean lovely rooms, modern bathroom and fresh towels. Was completely new experience for me without any negatives.

This recently renovated apartment is located 2.3 km from Niort Townhall and 2.4 km from Niort Golf Club. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. The apartment was very easy to find. Parking was right outside which was great. The property itself was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed and more. The host even left coffee pods for the machine which we were very grateful for as we arrived late. Just a shame we weren’t there longer.

You can play table tennis and darts at Mas des Gourmands, and the area is popular for hiking. What a treat to stay at this beautiful property. We received a lovely welcome from Denis and the dogs. Elis had kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room and we had the entire downstairs space to ourselves. The magic for us was the dinner experience with delicious food being served along with their company and in the morning the amazing scramble eggs that Denis whipped up. This overnight stay wasn’t just a bed for the night but a true experience.

It was possible to leave our car for 2 weeks during our bicycle tour. Which was great.

It's a lovely site inside and out and has been carefully and lovingly made this way by the hosts too! Oh and the shower in the guest room is amazing
