Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

The food was of good quality and taste; I particularly enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. The location is amazing, close to the west station. The staff is really kind and we love the service and cleaning. They allowed us to use their tables outside to have dinner and the hot beverages are really good

This place is magical! The apartment is so gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the lake, we didn’t wanted to leave haha. We even dine in a few nights because our view was better than some of the restaurants. It is a little bit tricky that you cannot leave your luggage or do an early check in if you are arriving early, but the option of renting a locker for 5CHF for 24hours was not bad at all. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here; thanks for the perfect stay!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Eva's very gorgeous Swiss mountain chalet. it was THE PERFECT stay and our apartment had everything we could ask for. We had the most wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, beds are super comfy, everything we needed was there. We travel around the world a lot and this by far was one of our best stays. The views from our apartment were stunning and breathtaking. We were lucky to stay in the presidential suite, which has 180 degree views with balcony wrapped around the entire apartment. you don't really want to leave. We loved the TV which had the most TV channels i ever had in a vacation place. Eva is the most wonderful person and host you will ever meet. Super friendly and helpful with local tips. it was a 5 star experience for us from start to finish! We can recommend staying at Eva’s with the highest recommendations!
