It exceeded my expectations so much so I would give 11/10 if I could. Not because its luxury hotel, it is not. But it's probably even better than that. Firstly because everything is so well thought out for the guests. There were many little extra touches, from the chargers, to the reading lamp, large towels, diswasher and coffee machine. I think every furniture was super comfortable. And the design of the room (even though I think booked the smallest option) definitely deserves an award. Cosy, beautiful and above all as convenient as possible. My greatest respects. Then I had two interactions with the customer service (once on booking, once on the phone) and once with the staff in person. All of them were easy, to the point, and super helpful. Staff is awfully kind and they had a very positive vibe. The place was really clean. Although I didn't hang out in common areas much, they also looked very nice. The washing machine, the iron even. The location is great. It is very central. Several supermarkets around. Even though the tram is right next to it, still you don't hear much of the street. I think it might be the best stays that I have ever had. Definitely the best in many years.

Spacious, well equipped, bright, quiet, relaxing space. Being able to cook meals and do laundry was a bonus. Responsive and accommodating host. Enjoyed our time spent in the pool house.

Le Floatinn Boat-BnB se situe à Genève, dans un port face au célèbre Jet d'Eau. Offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac Léman, ce bateau dispose d'une terrasse bien exposée et d'un coin salon extérieur.... The boat exceeded my expectations with good showers and toilets. Breakfast was good and location was ideal, close to the Spa which was worth the money

Historic 18th century farmhouse near the International Organizations and downtown. The history of the building is very interesting and you feel like a guest in someone's home rather than the generic experience of a hotel. Marc, the host is a wonderful gentleman and happy to talk about the history and loving restoration that he took on. The place is well equipped with a kettle for example in the room as well as in the shared kitchen. I liked the atmosphere at breakfast where we all sat round the dining table talking to each other- with four rooms only it makes for a nice, friendly experience. There is a nice cafe nearby as well as a supermarket. It is quite easy to get into the centre.

A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
