This is an apartment hotel, my room was a studio with a balcony on the sixth floor. The studio is small but for a single person had enough space to never feel cramped. The rooms are well designed in the layout with a wardrobe and small desk as well as a kitchen and dining area with cooking pans, plate, utensils to make regular meals. The bathroom has a shower and nice vanity and again well designed with plenty of light. A free laundry area is available on the first floor as well as a gym. Staff are very helpful. Wi-fi was excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the CBD and popular Smith Street restaurants and nightlife as well as Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens.

For me, it's one of the best hotels there is, very clean. I loved the service from the reception staff at the beautiful restaurant.

Very large room, very comfy bed, excellent facility with all you need I.e. oven, large refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. The staff was nice. The best part was large pool, warm jacuzzi pond. Highly recommended for couple or family.
