We really did not understand the comments on booking. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was Ok, the bathroom was cleaned in the morning and the beds with mattresses were quite comfortable (not all beds had one on them in the dorm but you can probably ask for it at the reception).

It exists. Honestly, considering there were no reviews and I couldn't find it on Google Maps, that was my main concern. The hotel is still in the process of being built. But my room was ready, spacious and very clean. Interior design was pretty. The staff was also lovely. Breakfast was plenty and really good..

The rooms are comfy and the staff are fantastic! The receptionist (whose name I can’t remember sorry!) was kind enough to bring me some food and then also arranged a shared taxi for me to Tashkent the next day, he couldn’t have been more helpful! I have seen some reviews mentioning construction but I saw no signs of this so it must have been completed and everything looks good
