We stayed at Maharaja Hotel in Zanzibar and the experience exceeded all expectations! We chose the beachfront villa with a jacuzzi (not heated), and the breathtaking view together with the perfect location right on the shore felt like paradise. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Anastasia and the entire team were simply wonderful – kind, professional, and always with a smile – and made us want to stay even longer. A dream vacation we would love to return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of beauty, tranquility, and top-quality service!

Nice and comfortable rooms with Seaview The manager tried his best to make it a great time. The breakfast was very good. The location is ok so far, if you want to walk around there is the beautiful beach but not much to see around the area apart the beach. The new years eve party and BBQ was very good and it has been a very fair price.

Amazing, magical place with the most heart-warming staff you will ever meet. Clean and romantic room, exceptional food and the best saturday night party in Zanzibar! This is the place to relax and enjoy peaceful, romantic holiday. Prices were reasonable and the hotel took care of our transportation and blue safari etc. Would definately recommend. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the massage we got was the best we have ever experienced.

Everything was great. The location, the room, the pool, the breakfast. In our two months in Zanzibar we’ve been all over the island and this is truly one of the best places we’ve been to. the staff is very involved, which means that the accommodation is well maintained and everything runs smoothly. Hope it stays that way, so I can come back some day! They have lovely dogs too by the way :)
