The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

I had an amazing stay there! Very chilled, located on a perfect beach, about 7 min from the main street (restaurants, 7eleven, gym, pharmacies). They have a free on demand shuttle service if you want to be lazy.. The staff is really great and friendly, their service awareness is extremely developed, and they'll go out of their ways to help you with whatever you need. Facilities are great too. The price is fair for the area

Wonderful place to stay! 3 min. walk to the beach. Nice garden, nice staff. You can use their kitchen and hot water is always there for you if you need a cup of coffe/the. A couple of Bungalow houses with AC and then a few bungalows "in line" with fan. For example if you are a family that need two rooms they could be perfect. You can also get your laundry done there. Lovely stay, wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked.

This place offers a small nice wooden bungalow with fan, private bathroom, and balcony with an impressive view on the sea. It's simple but lovely and clean. Strictly recommended for adventurers and nature lovers. There is a hammock on the balcony, but you also can ask for a beach chair, ideal for relaxing and reading while enjoying the view. Since the jungle is just nearby, different exotic birds are singing every morning. Also you can watch the stunning sunrise from the balcony. There is a floating Fishermans' village with shops, and the Bang Bao port less than 1 km from it - in case you want to take boat to Koh Mak or Koh Kood. I would like to go back again for sure. The owner is quite helpful and polite. Thank you very much!

This is probably my fifth stay at this hotel. Once again I am satisfied. Despite few guests in the hotel in the low season, the quality of the service is very high. The hotel is clean and well-kept. This is a very nice place on Koh Chang where you can spend your vacation. Very good breakfasts. The hotel rents scooters from a local company. The scooters are new and at a good price, and the company does not require a deposit.

We loved our holiday at the Sylvan. The location was perfect for us. It is on a very pretty, quiet beach with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We did have our own car so getting about was easy. The staff were all wonderful and made sure our stay was very relaxing. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back one day.

Amazing! If you are a budget traveler or backpacker looking for some cheap accommodation. This is the best place! (Not for fancy people). I usually stay in hostel but it was worth it to be a bit more and have my own bungalow for few days. The bungalows are not modern or renewed but I like the way it is. ITS A VIBE! Nice chill area close to the beach (it’s a rocky beach). Sunset there is amazing! Best place for morning yoga!

Tranquil country environment, lovely villa style, open floorplan, immaculate clean comfortable accommodations, delicious food. But what we liked most about our stay was our caring, attentive staff. Ford, Yui, and Rung were so gracious and made our stay the best it could possibly be. Because of their efforts to go above and beyond we decided to extend our stay , we felt as if we found our home away from home and will most likely return again and again. We couldn't be happier.

The location is exceptional, the area is beautiful and quiet I would have stayed more if I had more holiday. The beach is nice and plenty of coffee/restaurants at a short distance walk. The common area accommodation is lovely, there was a lots of effort made to create a cool decor and ambiance.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Clean , very spacious compared to many other accommodations of this kind and has a really comfortable bed. The owners are wonderful and really help you out with anything you need and give good recommendations of places to eat ect. Mopeds for rent on site , kettle and fridge in the room. Close to supermarket and local thai kitchen. Under 10mins moped ride into the main tourist strip
