A wonderful, peaceful location on a safe street in a gated community (with a nearby very nice mall), but still within rickshaw/taxi range of the city centre. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and very clean. Aircon and fan. After a few weeks of relatively budget accommodation this was a nice night of luxury.

The property is the exact same as shown on the pictures, clean and modern throughout. We initially booked for a few days as the Serena was fully booked but ended up continuing our stay here. The service from check in to checkout was seamless and staff really do go above and beyond. During our stay we were looked after by Afzaal and Asif who were wonderful. The team on reception were on hand to assist with questions and advice on key landmarks. Will definitely be returning.

Should have kept drinks and snacks in the room like most hotels. Towel was not clean. Luckily I take my own towel when staying at pakistani hotels.

I stayed here for one night based on a recommendation from a friend in Spain. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and attentive, with a special shoutout to Sybil, Mahnoor and from Concierge Naeem and Usman. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to both ladies for their courtesy and warm welcome. The hotel's lobby has a grand and positive atmosphere, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests, which is a smart move.

It was a great experience staying at OXYGYM HOTEL FAISALABAD. Right from the check in till check out, attitude of all staff members was exemplary.Reception desk was courteous. Mr Naeem staff member was too helpful. AC was properly working.All other required amenities were properly and timely arranged.

Staff and Location. Location is nice and peaceful most important thing is staff they have got some good people working for them special mention will be Filmon for room service he actually made my stay very memorable by going extra mile to provide great customer service. I will like to request the management to appreciate him and give him some appreciation.
