Everything! It was really ideal, especially after strenuous treks.The owner couple is really endearing and listens to your wishes: they get up to prepare a full Americano breakfast with fresh Peruvian fruits at 5:45 a.m. to allow you to take the first transport to the terminal.They offered me a warmer room because it was exposed to the sun and quieter on the garden side, in addition to a hot water bottle to warm my feet.They also love to travel and are very curious about all countries.

A really lovely apartment in Chivay. Walking distance to the bus terminal and also to the central square. It's such a lovely little town and staying in this apartment was great - we bought ingredients from the market and cooked it up. A wonderful stay. Also echo what others are saying re: hardness of the beds but they are not unsleepable!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Right from the start, I was greeted with the kind of hospitality that makes a traveler feel genuinely welcomed. The staff here are not just friendly; they go out of their way to ensure every guest feels special and well cared for. One of the most notable aspects of this hotel is its cleanliness. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's garden is a true oasis. Beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept, it offered a tranquil space to relax and unwind. The care put into maintaining this area is commendable. Additionally, the ability of all staff members to communicate in English was a significant advantage. It made interactions smooth and ensured that my needs were understood and addressed efficiently. In summary, this hotel is a perfect blend of cleanliness, comfort, excellent cuisine, and outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. Very lovely people, we felt like visiting our grandma. Very nice clean room, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Perfect spot to experience real Peru and start point to get to Colca Canon.

Great location overlooking main lil square. Free tea in lobby. Nice lady on reception. Clean room, clean sheets etc. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Lots of blankets as it was very cold when we stayed.

The staff are so lovely!! For one night, the hotel has all the comfort amenities - TV with Netflix (useful after a long day in the bus), heating, comfortable beds, soap, etc. The stay includes a simple but hearty breakfast that starts at 5.45am.

The day before we stayed we were allowed to leave the luggage for our colca canyon hike. The staff was extremely kind and accomodating. Also we had to leave early, before official breakfast time, and still they served an amazing breakfast. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis.

We liked everything about our stay. The hotel is very nice, the bedrooms are comfortable and the staff are the best. Noeli at reception and Arleth at the restaurant were amazing. The fact there’s heating in the bedrooms is also a big plus.

We had a great stay at Colibri Inn, the bed was massive and very comfy, and they gave us jugs of hot water and tea/coffee to make in the room which was great. The absolute best part though was Lizbeth, who greeted us on reception, went out of her way to help us arrange a private taxi tour to see the condors at Colca Canyon, made us an early breakfast before we left and stored our bags for us while we were gone! She was brilliant and is a credit to the hotel.

This stay was amazing. From the whole 2 week trip in Peru this was the best and cleanest bathroom that we experienced. Staff is super friendly and the beds very comfortable. I would definetly recommend staying here, it is also very quiet. We had to take the early bus in the morning so they made breakfast for us extra early.

The young lady at the reception was very helpful and proactive in making our stay comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and big. They kept our things during our trekking in the Colca Canyon. They arranged a vegan breakfast and even prepared some vegan pancakes. Bathroom was small but clean.

Wow a fabulous hotel in an exceptional location. We booked a suite which had 2 levels which could sleep 4 people. The roof top terrace overlooking the river was amazing and great for star gazing. The jacuzzi bath was huge with amazing views. The thermal baths were lovely and warm and a great place to relax and unwind after a day of travelling. It was so peaceful and tranquil we only wished we could have stayed longer
