We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! We loved everything about this place, the location, the layout. Everything! And they are green and „eco“ friendly in everything they do. The property is absolutely stunning, an ideal place if you need a break from your everyday life! They served the best breakfast we had in Mexico, dinners were great too. Everybody is friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hosts were superb - friendly and helpful. We stayed here after a long road trip around the Yucatan. It was a great way to decompress and enjoy a quiet area. We could have taken advantage of all the Bahia amenities but chose to enjoy the Country Club setting itself. We played a round of golf on the Par 3 course which was tricky but fun - especially with a family of coatis to greet us on the 5th! The bird and animal life on the estate is impressive as are all the amenities such as the restaurants and hotels. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious and we greatly appreciated the pool with a view! We made use of the fridge and were impressed with the microwave although were not sure how one could use it without utensils etc. The view over the water and jungle was lovely.

We were on a driving tour of eastern Mexico and this was our last stop. Beds were the most comfortable on our trip, staff was kind and attentive and it was super cute. We only stayed one night but will come back and stay a week next year.

    The cabaña was cozy and a lovely sitting area outside with a hammock. Anna the cat would come and chill with us. The pool was nice and the lounges beside the pool were very comfortable. The birds in the morning were amazing to hear. The breakfast is a varied selection & the fruit platter was very tasty. It is a very beautiful stay and our favourite thus far of our holiday.
