Beautiful hotel in the city center, with spacious rooms and amazing breakfast. We got a short "city guide" shortly after check-in with a lot of points of interest. In addition to this Evghenii was quite helpful with his suggestions and service.

The location, the staff , the service were extremely good: the staff was very nice , welcoming and friendly; the service in restaurants and bars is wonderful, the spa is very nice and designed nicely. The breakfast is simply amazing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to checkout later than scheduled due to a late night flight. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and arranged taxis for us. We also received a complimentary large of bottle of water each day.

I couldn't fault the accommodation. The room was perfectly clean, private (the room looked out onto a balcony with a tree) and spacious. The hotel staff all spoke English well and were always helpful and kind. I'd definitely stay here again.
