Totally recommend to stay and relax. Not far from the old city ( you can go on bike around a lake - very nice ride, also great place to watch sunset and it is just behind the accomodation)

Unique small hotel with great view just right by the lake! Amazing view from the room, pool and restaurant. They serve great romantic dinner on the terrace in the garden in front of the lake. So friendly and welcomed stuff, you feel yourself in the hotel like in the family. Royal suite room was fantastic! Huge, legendary decorated, with his own history, with lots of facilities inside and outside, with private territory on the lake with small island view, your own jacuzzi in the garden with lake view, , behind the fence. Tasty food in the restaurant and great breakfast menu. We highly recommend it. You will be in privacy and peace on the nature with great facilities and level of service. Best choice for romantic travellings!

We are a family from the UK who visited Sri Lanka for a holiday. While searching for a good apartment or villa near the temples and relics in the Polonnaruwa area, we came across this little gem. Pearl White was one of only two properties available for our chosen dates. At first, we were a bit hesitant to book, as it was a recently listed property with just two reviews, both from local visitors. However, I decided to reach out to the property, and I was able to connect directly with the owner, Sisira. He was kind enough to explain the facilities in detail and share valuable insights about the place. Our conversation gave us a very good understanding and helped build our confidence in choosing Pearl White over the other options. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and we booked the entire villa. The location is excellent, very close to the town centre and major heritage sites. The villa itself is spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean from the beds and linen to the toilets. Everything was well-maintained. We found every little convenience available, from matchboxes and a lit barbecue to massage bathtubs. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation, and we would definitely love to return. Special thanks to Sisira for taking such good care of us and always being reachable via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything.

We had a lovely stay at Tishan thanks to the wonderful staff. Excellent location away from the busy road but still very close to the ancient city of Pollonawura. The absolute highlight is the (disco)pool, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Good breakfast, four-star hotel-like service and nice rooms. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great stay in city centre. Few minutes walk to ruins and good restaurants. Amazing, clean accommodation with view on the rice fields right from the bed 😍 And the breakfast is huge and so delicious. It’s must try. We felt like home.

One of the best accomodation I stayed in Sri Lanka. The host is extremely helpful and organized a Safari for me. The room was clean and looked much better than I expected for that price. They allowed me to check in early and rent a bike for a cheap price to explore the ancient city. Would highly recommend!

Everything ☺️ The staff are super helpful and don’t mind spending time to explain things and impart knowledge. We arrived after lunch time due to rain delays, and the manager made a plan for lunch without making us feel we were a bother. Delicious food 😋 and comfortable accommodation 👍🏻 A definite must stay when en route or even a few days to relax next to the pool. The garden is lush and tranquil 🌹🙏🏼
