The bay right by the harbour was a few minutes walk away and was good for swimming. The pool is really stunning. The bed was huge and by far the most comfortable we had during our whole time in Sri Lanka (the mattresses are importet from Germany). Breakfast and the food at the restaurant in general were amazing and all the staff was very nice and attentive. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view was excellent and lots of birds and wild life to observe as you can see the bird sanctuary 30 meters away. Ideal place for bird observing and photography.
