The lady owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Though they don’t speak English, they use google translate and do their best to make a comfortable stay. We had dinner and breakfast and it was yummy authentic Chinese cuisine. They even dropped us off for free at Snow monkey park and we had a great walk back to the accommodation afterwards. The property is very well maintained and offers the quintessential ski in and out experience in the traditional Japanese style.
